At R4Cattery, we take the health of our felines and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. Because our primary “products” are living creatures, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Live Kittens (Pedigree & Non-Pedigree)

  • No Returns: Due to biosecurity risks and the stress of travel on animals, we do not accept returns on kittens once they have left our premises.
  • Deposits: All deposits made to reserve a kitten are non-refundable. This deposit covers the cost of holding the kitten and removing it from the active market.
  • Health Guarantee: If a licensed veterinarian identifies a life-threatening congenital health issue within the first 48 hours of ownership, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+971 50 666 7218). In such rare cases, we may offer a replacement kitten of equal value when one becomes available.

2. Accessories & Boutique Items

For physical goods (cat trees, collars, bowls, etc.), the following applies:

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene Items: Items such as used cat beds, grooming brushes, or opened bags of treats/food cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Adoption Section

  • Final Sale: All adoptions are final. We provide a full history of the cat’s health and temperament prior to adoption to ensure a perfect match.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your returned accessory is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within a certain amount of days.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Accessories: Orders for accessories can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Kittens: Once a deposit is placed, the order cannot be cancelled without forfeiting the deposit.
